FINE ART MURALS
MARTIS CAMP
BEAR FAMILY
This fine art mural was created for a family's newly constructed home. We worked with the builder and the interior designer to execute the vision of the home owner and coordinate and complement the rustic modern finishes within the home, and developed a process that mimics the subtle look of an old etching that works perfectly in such a visible room, just off the great room.
The idea began with the concept of a tree and baby bear, as the room would initially be used as a playroom for their three children. As we worked together it evolved to become a representation of the entire family as a family of bears, with all three kids represented as cubs playing in a tree, flanked on either side by mom and dad. We added local landscape elements and multiple small details from the surrounding property as a sort of visual treasure hunt, with the end piece flowing across three walls.

Everything was created in a style that will allow the space to evolve with the family, and move from a playroom to a sitting room or office as the kids grow.

FINE ART MURALS
WORKING WITH ARCHITECTURAL DETAILS
Whether your space is a unique geodesic dome, has a two story wall that you'd like to ground or begs for a full room transformation, we will work with the unique features and shapes of your windows, doors, corners, stairs and even furniture layouts to create a seamless flow of imagery.

This gallery includes images of private homes, elementary schools, themed children's bedrooms and public and commercial spaces, because "home" is so much more than our dwellings.

FINE ART MURALS
BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB NORTH LAKE TAHOE
This mural was created as an educational and participation based project for the Boys and Girls Club in North Lake Tahoe. We worked with Club members and staff to create a themed mural in the entryway of the building that now welcomes attending children and community members. The Club kids contributed in a direct and hands-on co-creative process that included discussions about street art and graffiti, public art and knowing your audience, and cutting their own stencils to use in the project. As we worked on the piece itself they were encouraged to think about themselves as mentors, considering the younger kids who might be attending for the first time, and writing inspirational words to support their fellow Club kids, while we acted as the moderator and designer, refining the end imagery.

We also offer our private clients the opportunity to participate in a hands-on project within your own home, designed specifically for you and your space, and allowing you and your family to co-create the mural's theme, shape and final work.
